does anyone have a complete list of all the songs the wombats have recorded? ive been a fan since "a guide..." was first released but im only just discovering the songs from the early EPs (such as summer hit...) these are great songs and i dont wanna miss out on any other hidden gems!

i really like the proper early stuff from the early 2000's but i cant seem to find a complete list of all the songs the bats have recorded! please help :)

p.s. the new album is great! still waiting for my signed copy from play though... :(

Does anyone have a good email address or other means to contact the person who manages the band's show schedule? I noticed a possible discrepancy between a show listing here on the Wombats website and the website of a festival they're playing at in August. I wanted to make sure the tour manager/scheduler was aware, but don't want to go posting it all over the forums in case the issue has already been resolved.

Throughout the evening, as well as all the ear candy, we will be entertained by the London Panther Cheerleaders, Fire Breathers and Alice of Alice in Wonderland.

We’ve selected some of the UK’s finest rising talent to play live for you with performances from Indie Folk, Fulham guys and girl The Isis, Indie boys from across the channel who were recently chosen to headline at the NME awards afterparty - The Blueberries and Tribes-esque Holy Coves!

Back in 2008 The Wombats appeared on Australian music quiz show Spicks and Specks.
I was just wondering if anyone knew where I would be able to see this episode. I have checked all over the Internet and have only found Tord and Dan's performance of Postman Pat in Norewgian, which features as the closing performance.
If anyone has any information please let me know.

I've been a fan of the wombats since their first album came out (I was lucky enough to have an older sister who was a big fan, as at the time I wasn't really old enough to acually find good music), but I have only just joined their website I don't know if I'm allowed to do this but here goes:

One of my favourite songs is My First Wedding, partly because of the beautiful piano solo at the end, does anyone have the music to it. I would love to learn it!

I was just wondering: did they ever think about making some they your song's multitracks available for remix contests or so.

Some artists have already done it, Nine Inch Nails and David Bowie, or even Queen (with Don't Stop Me Now).

A lot of people would be interested in them, whole internet communities have sprouted up discussing and dissecting these, people who need backing tracks, practice mixing, karaoke, and just love studying music, would love them.

Is it possible we'll see some tracks in the future?

Murph's Guitar Tone/ Sound

Ok, so i have absolutely SCOURED the internet, looking for a trace of what murph uses. ive found a few things, but i think something else is at play. im looking for the sound he has after the bridge in '1996' you know, that riiiiiip cord sound? so far this is what ive found:

Fender American telecaster ( Blue standard)
Fender telecaster ( CIJ - the flower one)
Orange AD30HTC head
Orange PPC212 Cabinet

Ive read alot that usually he just plays straight into the amp, but in '1996' it sounds like maybe he is using an octave pedal like a Boss OC-3 or something? any help here guys? its the best sound ive heard in my life, i want it!
